Four Side Planer VH-M516 and VH-M518 both have 5 heads with same motor power, there are one left

spindle, one right spindle, one upper spindle and two spindles on the bottom. Each spindles have its own

Motor, which can guarantee the power for cutting. Our planer use Inverter to feed, speed range is 6-

36m/min.

Both Planers have High rigid body structure, as it was made from cast iron. The damping performance and

the rigidity of the machine body would be better compared with steel. So laying a good foundation for the

smooth running of the cutter shaft and feeding system.

Adopting hard chromed worktable to minimize abrasion, and enhance operational life span. Planers are

configured the short material auxiliary device in the front, can effectively improve the smooth feeding of short

material.

The only difference between VH-M516 and VH-M518 are their processing width, for VH-M516 can only

process materials no wider than 160mm, VH-M518 can process bigger materials with 180mm width. It

depends on what kinds of wood materials customer use.
